Established in 1994 and listed on the Singapore Exchange since 2009, SBI Offshore is an integrated engineering and drilling solutions provider to the oil and gas industry. It provides engineering, fabrication, distribution and equipment solutions to the offshore and marine industry.

It counts some of the world’s major owners and builders of mobile offshore drilling and production units as its customers, and owns an extensive network and distribution network across Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.
